04 / Example
A worked example
A shop sells half-kilo and one-kilo boxes, so the shop orders two butter paper sheet sizes, one per box. Each sheet covers the box base with a fold up the sides.
Ghee ladoos go into the same boxes on a white OGR sheet. Namkeen goes over the counter in brown OGR.
05 / Festivals
Ordering ahead of festivals
Butter paper sheets take 2 to 4 weeks after size approval. OGR takes 2 to 3 weeks from stock, or 6 to 8 weeks for a new mill run.
Count last season's boxes, add your expected growth and order sheets a month before the festival. In-stock butter paper rolls ship in 2 to 5 working days as a backstop.

Butter paper sheets start at 10,000 per size and GSM. OGR starts at 500 kg per GSM and size. For bulk orders, we quote butter paper sheets cut to your box size.
