Our mission

Make specialty paper reliable, again.

Specialty paper is easy to buy badly. GSM drifts from one delivery to the next. Nobody explains the sourcing. Sellers push grades into jobs the grades do not suit. We set out to fix this.

Today KEIKO PAPERS imports 9 grades from the US and UK and supplies them from Ghaziabad: butter paper rolls and sheets, white and brown OGR, white and brown MG, white MF, kraft and bleached kraft. The range runs from 35 GSM butter paper to 120 GSM kraft, in rolls, sheets and bulk reels.

Tell our team the grade, format and quantity you need. If your job sits between two of our grades, we tell you so. We do not sell you the wrong reel. We send a sample, not a brochure.

What we supply

9 paper grades, each with its own page

Each page lists the GSM, formats and jobs for one grade. Start with the grade closest to your job.

We also supply tissue and handicraft sheets, offset and text stock, blister liners, sublimation paper and anti-tarnish wraps. These ranges have no specification pages yet. Ask our team for the details.

What we stand for

Four things we hold to

The spec you agreed

You place repeat orders against a spec we already agreed with you: grade, GSM, format and quantity.

Honest advice

If your job falls between two of our grades, we tell you. We do not sell you the wrong reel.

Samples first

You get swatches before you commit to a reel. You agree the hand and shade on paper, not on a screen.

How an order works

From first message to dispatch

  1. 01

    Tell us the job

Grade, GSM, reel width and quantity. A photo of what you use today is usually enough to start.

  2. 02

    Samples first

Swatches go out before you commit to a reel, so the hand and shade are agreed on paper, not on screen.

  3. 03

    Quote and confirm

Price, format and lead time in writing. Nothing is cut or shipped until you confirm the spec.

  4. 04

    Dispatch

Rolls, sheets or bulk cartons, wrapped for transit and booked with your carrier or ours.
