Butter Paper Rolls
Bakery & home staple

The grade most people mean when they say butter paper. A smooth, lightweight, food-safe sheet on the roll, for kitchens with steady daily use. Your bake releases cleanly off the tray, and the sheet looks neat on a counter.
Butter paper does one job in your kitchen. You lay the sheet on the tray, the bake comes off, and nothing sticks, tears or greys through. You buy the paper for this reliability. The rest is detail.
On the roll, the paper suits kitchens with continuous use. You pull the length your tray needs and cut. Against pre-cut sheets, you spend a few seconds per use and never get locked to one size. For a bakery running mixed tray sizes through a shift, this trade works in your favour.

Questions
Is butter paper safe against hot food?
Yes. All three types are food-grade stock. For oven use, order the silicone-coated type, rated to 230 °C. We make no oven claim for vegetable parchment or greaseproof uncoated.
Rolls or sheets?
Rolls suit continuous lining and wrapping, where you cut to length. For fixed sizes with no cutting, see Butter Paper Sheets.
Is butter paper reusable across bakes?
Often, for dry bakes. Your kitchen makes this call. We make no reuse claim. The paper is recyclable once done.
What width should I order?
Match the roll to your widest common tray and cut down from there. Send us your tray sizes and we will suggest a width.
