A bakery lines baking trays. A food counter lines serving trays. Butter paper does the first job, OGR the second, and pre-cut sheets do both fastest.

Baking trays and serving trays
A baking tray liner goes in the oven and has to release the bake. Only our silicone-coated butter paper carries an oven rating: 230 °C.
A serving tray liner never sees the oven. The liner keeps oil and crumbs off the tray and gives every tray the same clean look.

Matching sheets to your trays
Butter paper sheets come in 300×400, 380×500, 450×600 and 500×700 mm. For bulk orders, we quote custom sizes cut to your tray, so the liner fits edge to edge.
OGR sheets come in 300×400, 400×600 and 500×700 mm. Measure the inside of your serving tray and pick the nearest size below.
04 / Volume
Working out how many liners you use
Count trays per day and multiply by working days. A bakery lining 200 trays a day for 26 days a month uses 5,200 liners a month.
Butter paper sheets start at 10,000 per size and GSM. At 5,200 a month, one minimum order covers about two months.
05 / Ordering
Lead times
Butter paper sheets take 2 to 4 weeks after size approval. OGR takes 2 to 3 weeks from stock, from 500 kg per GSM and size.

Before you specify
Which paper lines a baking tray in the oven?
Silicone-coated butter paper, rated to 230 °C. We make no oven claim for our other butter paper types or for OGR.
Do you cut tray liners to size?
For butter paper, yes. We quote custom sheet sizes for bulk orders.
Which GSM suits a tray liner?
Heavier GSM suits handling. For baking trays, look at the 50 GSM end of our 35 to 50 GSM butter paper range.
Which paper lines a serving tray?
OGR, when the tray carries fried or oily food. Butter paper works for dry food.
