Brown OGR
Natural, unbleached

The same oil and grease resistant grade, left natural and unbleached. Brown OGR does the technical job of a barrier sheet and reads as the natural, unprocessed option on your counter.
The technical case matches white OGR: a 35–70 GSM sheet holding a barrier against fat instead of absorbing fat. Only the bleaching step changes, so only the look changes.
The look has value. Unbleached brown is now visual shorthand for food made by hand, not in a factory. Kitchens choosing brown OGR usually choose the shade on purpose, not to save a step.

Questions
Is brown less refined than white?
No. Brown is the same OGR grade. Brown skips the bleaching step, which gives the natural look.
Does the shade affect grease resistance?
No. Both shades share the same oil and grease resistant grade.
Will the shade vary between orders?
Natural stock carries some variation. We flag a batch change before the order ships, so you face no surprise on the floor.
