Deli paper
Deli paper is the stack of pre-cut sheets beside the till. Your counter wraps sandwiches in the sheets and lines baskets with them. OGR keeps oil off the basket and the customer's hands.

What deli paper does
One sheet does three jobs at a counter: a wrap for a sandwich, a liner for a basket of fries or samosas, and a sheet to hand food across the counter.
Every job puts food against the paper, often hot and oily. The sheet has to hold oil and look clean for the time the customer holds the food.

Picking a sheet size
OGR comes in 300×400, 400×600 and 500×700 mm sheets. A 300×400 mm sheet lines a small basket or wraps a single sandwich. A 400×600 mm sheet wraps a larger roll or lines a sharing basket.
Lay your largest basket on a sheet before you order. Pick the smallest sheet covering the base with a fold up the sides.
04 / Shade
White or brown at the counter
White reads clean and retail. Brown reads natural and unbleached. Both shades share the same grease barrier and weights.
Pick the shade matching your counter and packaging, then keep the shade the same across every outlet.
05 / Ordering
Order sizes and lead times
The OGR MOQ is 500 kg per GSM and size. At 35 GSM, a 300×400 mm sheet weighs 4.2 grams, so 500 kg holds about 119,000 sheets.
Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks from stock, or 6 to 8 weeks for a new mill run. A chain with many outlets orders one size centrally to stay above the minimum.
